For over 30 years, James Bridgers has been delivering measurable and sustainable results to clients across the globe. James has held CEO roles in global services and manufacturing companies, and as a senior consultant focuses on operations efficiency, cost optimization and cash impact.
James lived in Australia for 15 years, where he served mining and metals clients in achieving optimal performance (cost efficiency in the down-cycle and throughput optimization in the up-cycle). He supported mining clients on 4 continents and developed a keen understanding of cross-border operational challenges.
In addition to his mining and minerals experience, James has worked extensively with specialty chemicals companies to affect organizational change and achieve cost impact. His operations experience and laser focus on measurable impact has been the key to delivering over $3.5bn in annual recurring P&L improvement to his industrial clients, as well as in financial services, retail, media and gaming/hospitality.
His work across the globe and spanning industries has honed a keen awareness of the human and cultural challenges of change, and how to face and overcome those challenges most effectively.
James is a graduate of Trinity University, and a National Merit and President’s Scholar. He currently resides in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
