Tracy is a Director in the Risk Advisory practice at AlixPartners, and is based in Boston.

Tracy advises clients on best practices and integrates analytics to design custom review workflows. She has over a decade of experience in electronic discovery, working on high-profile, complex matters.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, she had a similar role at two Am Law 100 firms before transitioning to consulting.

Tracy has a MA in diplomacy and international relations from Seton Hall University. As a Relativity Certified Expert, she holds Relativity certifications in Analytics and Project Management. She previously served on the board of Women in eDiscovery in Boston.

Key Engagements

  • Managed large investigations, including investigations by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
  • Supported several cross-border matters involving foreign-language-document review and mass redaction of personally identifiable information.
  • Acted as lead project manager for an investigation involving 22 custodians immediately following one of the 10 biggest mergers in 2019. Designed and implemented custom workflows involving e-mail thread suppression and predictive coding to speed review.
  • Managed several merger-related litigations, one of which involved nearly 100 custodians on an expedited trial schedule with regard to a $5-billion deal.
  • Managed a contentious dispute for multiple codefendants, which involved custom deduplication, thread suppression, and the use of analytics within and across parties.
  • Managed a cross-border dispute involving 20 custodians, multiple law firms, and over 1 million short messages from several different platforms. Designed and implemented workflows for custom deduplication, thread suppression, and custom threading of archive short messages.
  • Supported review of thousands of contracts for a large acquisition, valued at $750 million. Oversaw running of Blackout across approximately 200k documents for redaction of PII. Designed four elaborate coding panels consisting of hundreds of fields and numerous event handlers, across multiple custom objects. Combined the use of Relativity Contracts (Heretik) with analytics and regular expression filters to expedite due diligence across deals with similar clauses.
