    • For a $1.2b integration of two Contract Research Organizations (CRO), led the operations workstream; assisted with creating target operating models, associated workplans and identifying synergy opportunities.

    • For a $30b Chemicals company in its divestiture of its $11b Mobility & Materials business, led global legal entity readiness workstream; ensured 60+ legal entities were operational by Day 1.
    • For $300m consumer products business separating from its $120b parent, led TSA workstream; drafted TSA service schedule, developed cost allocation methodology and defined overall separation strategy. 
    • For a $24b food processing company in its planned spinoff of its cereal business, led Integrated Business Planning workstream; created target operating model, developed standalone cost model and identified $30m in potential TSAs.
