Federica is a highly qualified economist specializing in the areas of competition and antitrust. She developed extensive expertise in the area of merger control cases, having acted as an economic adviser in high-profile merger investigations at the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority. Federica’s experience also includes advising on litigation, abuse-of-dominance cases and vertical agreements. Clients benefit from Federica’s completion of projects across a broad range of business sectors, particularly tech/digital and financial services. Previously, she worked on market investigations in the competition and economics division of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Federica has a Master of Science in competition and market regulation from the Barcelona School of Economics and a Master of Science in European economics and business law from Tor Vergata University of Rome.
