Nicolas has more than ten years of professional experience in providing transformation and turnaround advice, specializing in the development, preparation and implementation of holistic transformation programs, overhead cost alignments, reorganization programs, as well as option analysis and contingency plans. Prior to AlixPartners, he worked as management consultant with KPMG’s restructuring practices in Frankfurt and Singapore.

Nicolas is an analytical problem-solver, quickly deriving actionable recommendations, developing sound financial business plans, and ensuring effective program implementation in uncertain and volatile environments.

He successfully developed and implemented numerous optimization programs with more than €100 million savings, that included new target operating models, strategic and operational business realignments as well as substantial cost reductions. His experience includes a range of companies from family-led enterprises to international groups in multiple industries, with a specific focus in the retail, consumer goods and industrial goods industries.
