Jessie has extensive consulting and industry experience in consumer products with a focus on pricing strategy, customer and product profitability, and new product development (NPD) processes. Prior to joining AlixPartners, she worked in corporate roles for Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, Target Corporation, and Conagra Brands.

She is known for her data-driven approach and ability to develop practical strategies that drive profit for consumer products companies. She successfully led the commercial efforts for the turnaround of a mid-size food manufacturer by identifying go-to-market strategy changes, surgical pricing opportunities and product design-to-value initiatives leading to 5% points of gross profit improvement.

Jessie also leads the AlixPartners internal syndicated data practice using both Point of Sale (POS) and Panel data to understand brand performance and drive sales insights for client engagements.
