- For a leading European VC fund, developed a Target Operating Model (TOM) for their legacy fund as they were launching a new fund. TOM incorporated all back-office and investor relations FTE’s and addressed how legacy investors would be interacted with on a go-forward basis
- Created integration implementation road maps across org automation opportunities, with buy-in across BU’s, functions and various levels of leadership for a U.S based insurance MGA which had grown exclusively through M&A activity
- For a $500M revenue sub-prime lender facing a liquidity shortage, created short to medium term action list to release liquidity and position the company for a potential acquisition
- Built and maintained sales pipeline for transaction screening FinTech startup through client engagement and market outreach program which spanned 5 continents and >20 of the largest banks (by AUM) globally
- Generated New Co. proforma financial model by constructing a $25M run-rate savings synergy model for buy-side PE due diligence combining existing $0.5B portfolio company with $0.5B target asset
- Developed offshoring roadmap and savings model for $150M PE portfolio company resulting in >$7M run rate savings
