Aditya brings extensive experience leading large-scale operational and commercial transformations for private equity portfolio companies and Fortune 500 clients. He specializes in service delivery optimization, go-to-market effectiveness, and shared services design, helping clients drive measurable EBITDA improvement across the deal cycle.
He has served clients across North America, Europe, and Asia in technology, business services, telecom, healthcare, and automotive and industrial sectors. Across these engagements, he has led workstreams spanning cost-of-revenue reduction, global business services strategy, portfolio rationalization, and sales and operations effectiveness.
Prior to AlixPartners, Aditya held advisory roles at a procurement consulting firm and an international non-governmental organization.
Aditya has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a Master of Science in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
