He has 20+ years of experience in Southeast Asia, China, and Europe across advanced manufacturing and high-tech sectors to run EBITDA improvement on the full spectrum of business operations.
He was previously the partner and practice leader in EY's strategy to transformation in APAC and a core leader of McKinsey’s digital transformation in Asia. Before that, he was heading J&J APAC operation excellence in Singapore and spent 10 years in SAP to advise tech-enabled IT transformation and process optimization.
Michael has an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
