Jake Martens is a Senior Vice President in AlixPartners’ Leadership and Talent Transformation practice, based in Chicago. He specializes in change management for complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs, helping organizations translate ambitious strategies into sustained shifts in behavior, ways of working, and business performance. His work spans leadership alignment, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, capability building, adoption, and the governance required to sustain change.
Jake works alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate change management into the execution of operating-model, technology, performance-improvement, and organizational transformations.
