He helps clients with application of economics to real-life issues in matters of competition, litigation, antitrust, class actions or regulation. Clients appreciate Tomas for his insights, ability to quickly identify relevant forces moving the markets and his pragmatic approach to solutions.
At AlixPartners, Tomas supported or led wide range of litigation cases representing claimants as well as defendants. He has also worked on several high profile class action lawsuits in the UK (e.g. against wastewater companies in the UK).
Tomas regularly presents at competition conferences to discuss current topics impacting his clients.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Tomas works for the chief economist team of the Czech competition authority and for Ofcom (UK telecoms regulator).
