James has over a decade of experience driving operational improvements across manufacturing and supply chain clients.
He blends analytical rigor with an engineering background to develop practical, sustainable solutions and drive implementation. He has served clients across a variety of industries including Auto, Specialty Chemicals, Aerospace, and Utilities. Prior to joining AlixPartners, James drove operational improvements for a Catalyst Manufacturing facility within Honeywell’s Specialty Chemicals division.
James has an MBA in finance, strategy, and economics from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
