Matteo is an experienced executive who spent 10+ years in the content and platform technology industry, in various professional capacities, with a cross-functional perspective for value creation. 

As global SVP of products, he held full profit-and-loss ownership, achieving double-digit growth via product innovations and introductions, and increased profitability via continuous cost structure improvements. As VP of post-merger integration, industrial planning and global procurement, he led critical functions, focusing on operating model efficiency, synergy, and transformation. During his tenure as CFO of digital in Europe, Matteo conducted the strategic turnaround of the division during disruptive competitive and regulatory shift.

Matteo partners with the client, taking a holistic approach to problem solving and value creation, balancing the vision and action for growth with the pursuit of operational excellence.

Prior to that, he was a strategy and management consultant at Bain & Company for 10+ years, in Europe and internationally, working in a variety of industries — from financial services to consumer goods — focusing largely on telecom and technology, driving both market and product expansion as well as organizational and operational transformation.
