She has worked across healthcare, life sciences, and other highly regulated industries, helping organizations address cyber risk, regulatory requirements, and technology‑enabled cost and performance improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Sofia established the global product security and privacy function at Roche Diagnostics. She also supports Swiss public‑sector institutions, including through collaboration with initiatives led by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.
