Dennis helps Private Equity sponsors create value in deal and post deal situations. In his more than 15 years of experience in consulting and industry, Dennis advised clients on performance improvement, reorganization, turnarounds and deals.
He has worked in all major geographies around the globe and served clients across multiple industry sectors, such as professional and IT services, technology, software as well as industrial products. He was formerly a Partner at Roland Berger and held positions in industry.
Dennis has a Diploma in finance and statistics from Mannheim University.
