Niklas Jovy is a Director at AlixPartners and a key member of the Performance & Technology Practice. He specializes in two core areas:
• Performance/Value Creation: Over the past decade, Niklas has led numerous large-scale cost transformations, performance programs, and multiple pre-merger and NewCo studies, as well as post-merger integrations (PMI).
• Maritime/Transportation: With a focus on the maritime sector, Niklas has an extensive track record working with container shipping companies, feeder lines, terminal operators, and free zones. In this domain, he advises global industry leaders and sovereign wealth funds.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Niklas was a Principal at Roland Berger in the Restructuring, Performance, and Transaction (RPT) and Transportation, Tourism, and Logistics (TTL) practices, where he supported clients across the Middle East and Europe.
Niklas holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of St. Gallen and has completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLDA) at Harvard Business School, earning HBS Alumni Status.
