Harish has been at the forefront of Products and Services development and management for over 15 years, across industry and consulting.
Harish has leveraged his skills in technology and product management in cases related to cost optimization, strategy, growth, architecture, organizational designs, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. His work spans start-ups and scale-ups to large, high-profile Fortune 500s, across a diverse range of industries.
Before joining Alix Partners, Harish founded and co-led the US Technology Performance Improvement practice at a global consulting firm. His rotation in the Netherlands gave him a unique perspective on industry leadership in both North America and Europe.

- Identified USD 27M in cloud cost savings on a USD 210M cloud cost base for one of the largest SaaS companies. Lenses included organization, accounts and resources.
- Generated 17% in technology operations related cost savings at a Top 3 Mutual Funds provider. Defined, developed, rationalized and managed infrastructure and cloud services and created a product centric operating model for Infrastructure and Operations.
- Led 20+ complex IT and Product M&A (diligence / acquisition / integration / divestiture) efforts including a ~2 year technology and operational integration of a USD 2.5B luxury travel agency with a USD 150B Top 3 Financial Services / Retail Banking company.
- Led a 2-year adoption of a solution-oriented operating model, reducing product release time from 2 years to 3 months and shifting releases from annual to quarterly at a $22B global food and beverage company. Implemented modular architectures, continuous planning, and VC-style funding to enhance responsiveness and brand competitiveness.
