His work spans holistic performance improvement programs, fix/sell/close evaluations for businesses and individual plants, and carve-out, divestiture, and closure scenarios, and end-to-end implementation of personnel concepts in environments shaped by labor law, works councils, labor unions, and executive leadership.
Fabian is particularly experienced in complex restructuring and operational wind-down situations across Germany and international markets. He supports clients in assessing strategic options, designing target organizations, and negotiating balance of interests and social plan agreements with works councils and labor unions delivering sustainable cost savings, productivity gains, and improved working conditions. His deep familiarity with German co-determination law and works council engagement makes him a trusted advisor in sensitive, high-stakes personnel restructuring situations.
He holds a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, completed executive education at INSEAD, and is an alumnus of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Max Weber Program).
