Stephen Hartman

Stephen has 15 years of experience in commercial lending, consulting and accounting to help companies successfully manage the turnaround process.

Starting his career at a Big Four public accounting firm gave him a deep understanding of the fields of accounting and audit, and his service in the banking industry added skills in restructuring and credit risk management. 

During his time at AlixPartners, Stephen has worked on a variety of projects including: liquidity management, business planning, operational turnarounds, financial restructurings, and creditor-side representations.  Most recently he led liquidity management for a publicly traded bio-tech through a financial restructuring.  His industry experience includes: retail, healthcare, manufacturing, aviation, and automotive, among others.
