He has extensive experience across the M&A lifecycle, including operations due diligence, carve-outs, synergy assessments, integration planning, and post-deal value creation.
Nicolò has worked across multiple geographies, including the UK, Italy, and the United States, bringing a global perspective to his engagements.
He holds a Master of Science in Finance with first-class honors from IE Business School and is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.
