Chris Lowe is Head of Capital Advisory at AlixPartners.
He provides best-in-class, independent and conflict free advice and execution support to clients who are accessing or renewing debt and structured capital financing for investment, managing enterprise and operational working capital.
Chris works across industries and for clients including public companies, private equity investors (and their portfolio companies), private companies, charities and the public sector. Assignments and projects include those linked to M&A, organic growth, restructuring, value creation, as well as debt only engagements.
The Corporate Finance & Capital Advisory business operates seamlessly across industry and the broader disciplines of AlixPartners. Their advisors and consultants are strategic and focus on supporting the growth and optimization of businesses as well as maximizing and realizing shareholder value. They are a senior team of advisors who ultimately support clients to make informed decisions through their deal experience, market data and technology and then work, to implement transactions on optimized terms.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. His career highlights include working in the group treasury of a FTSE100, spells at two investment banks and co-founding EY’s Capital and Debt Advisory in 2009. From there, he joined AlixPartners in 2025.
