Matt has nearly a decade of professional experience in restructuring, financial advisory, and accounting and brings strong expertise in financial statement analysis, liquidity management, cash flow modeling, business plan development, and financial due diligence.
Matt has an MBA with concentrations in Strategy and Finance from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
