Paul is a leader in the firm’s Financial Services and Principal Investors Practice for the Middle East and Africa region based on more than 12 years of experience in the advisory industry.

Paul has been engaged in 15 markets across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, supporting a diverse set of financial institutions in the forms of banks, capital market players, asset managers, and insurers regarding strategic and operational performance.

He has also supported principal investors’ investment capabilities during transaction stages. Beyond the private sector, he has advised government entities and ministries on complex topics, including new-entity established, national-level strategy formulation, national investment attraction, and local talent development.

Previously, he was with Oliver Wyman as a core senior member of the financial services and private-capital practices. And he has set up and scaled up family businesses in the public relations and communications sectors.​

Paul has a Bachelor of Science in economic history from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has authored reports on national debt management and national funding and is a regular speaker on financial services topics, including fintech, capital markets, and sector-level funding plans.​
