Martin advises companies across EMEA on tangible revenue and growth initiatives as well as efficiency programmes, with a particular focus on pricing and sales strategies, portfolio optimization, and value creation especially in private equity-backed sectors across B2B and B2C.

Over his 25+ projects in that domain, he led multidisciplinary teams on high-impact projects across industries including CPG, retail, professional services, and automotive suppliers. During those project engagements, he delivered measurable EBITDA improvements through strategic and tactical pricing, sales and customer service optimization, and portfolio improvements.

Martin holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Munich and an MBA from the University of Oxford.

He is fluent in German and English.
