Throughout her 25 years career, Estelle Fornallaz has supported private equity funds and portfolio companies first as consultant and then as shareholder and operating partner throughout the entire investment cycle including due diligence, value creation plans, CEO succession plans, build-ups, debt restructuring and exit plans.
Estelle began her career in strategy consulting at the Mitchell Madison Group and then at Kearney, before taking on the role of Head of Private Equity at Borletti Group (large cap), a family office that invested, among others, in La Rinascente, Printemps and Grandi Stazioni Retail.
She then joined BIP Capital Partners, a small cap Private Equity fund based in Luxembourg where she led investment in French Speaking Countries, sat on several boards of directors, was named a member of the investment and executive committee and Key Person in the third vintage fund.
A graduate of ESSEC Grande Ecole Programme, Estelle recently completed two Oxford education programs focused on AI. The first is an Artificial Intelligence Program, and the second is the “AI Ethics, regulation and compliance” program.
