Patrick is an operations executive with over 25 years of experience helping private equity and corporate clients deliver rapid EBITDA and cash improvements through supply chain optimization, working capital improvement, and analytics-driven decision-making. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Patrick’s expertise sits at the intersection of supply chain, sales, finance and strategy, and focuses on making the right tradeoffs across cash, cost and service. His background blends consulting and industry, bringing a pragmatic approach to converting strategy into execution, often under time-constrained situations. His experience working for and across the table with leadership teams helps him build trusted relationships throughout organizations and drive the change necessary for sustainable results.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Patrick was at EY-Parthenon, PRGX and A.T. Kearney leading supply chain, working capital, post-merger transformations.
