By applying his background in finance management and mechanical engineering, combined with deep procurement and category expertise, Christoph takes a holistic, cross-functional, and data-driven approach. He has led various cost-out transformations and helped clients both achieve turnarounds and realize significant, sustainable impact. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with McKinsey & Company, where he served as an expert associate partner and senior expert.
Christoph has a Master of Science in management and technology from Technical University of Munich.
