Hendryk is a Partner at Berylls by AlixPartners, specializing in automotive operations with a focus on product development, production, and procurement. His consulting work centers on operational excellence, performance improvement and recovery programs, supplier enablement, and ramp‑up management.
He has led task forces at OEMs and suppliers to secure on‑time development, industrialization, and production launch, as well as initiatives to improve plant performance and strengthen supplier selection processes.
Before joining Berylls by AlixPartners, Hendryk worked at PwC Strategy&. He holds an MSc in Management and a BSc in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar.
