Cathy brings more than 10 years of consulting and industry experience delivering procurement transformations across the automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial manufacturing, and chemicals sectors.
She specializes in procurement transformation, EBITDA and margin improvement, strategic sourcing, and category management, helping clients unlock sustainable cost reductions and strengthen supplier performance. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Cathy held various roles at Hexion, McKinsey & Company, and BP, where she led large-scale sourcing and procurement transformations across global operations.
Cathy holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
