Howard is a corporate and strategic finance leader with over 15 years of experience advising C-suites through growth and turnaround scenarios. He specializes in restructuring and CFO services, with a proven track record in enterprise planning and transformation for technology firms.
Howard successfully executed complex, large-scale business plans in public / private company settings across in-house and advisory capacities. His experiences include over $1 billion in achieved annual savings, management reporting overhauls and business intelligence automation, M&A and strategic partnerships, leveraged finance and corporate restructuring.
Prior to AlixPartners, Howard served roles in corporate finance, investment banking and economic consulting. He holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Brandeis University.
