Rohan has over ten years of turnaround / restructuring, M&A and corporate finance experience assisting management teams through complex restructuring and M&A processes across technology, business services and consumer retail industries.
Clients benefit from his areas of core expertise including liquidity management, business plan development, operational improvement, due diligence, valuation and financial planning. Prior to AlixPartners, he was a M&A investment banker in the aerospace and defense and government services sector. Rohan holds a BS in Finance with a Minor in Applied Mathematics from NYU Stern School of Business.
