Himanshu brings 14 years of experience in commercial strategy and operations across software, technology, B2B SaaS, and industrials and process industries. He advises clients on go-to-market strategy, pricing optimization, sales effectiveness, and large-scale transformation programs, working closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into measurable results. He has also held senior operating roles at early-stage technology companies, leading go-to-market and commercial functions.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Himanshu was at Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on commercial strategy for B2B clients. He has served clients across the United States, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
Himanshu holds an MBA in General Management and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
