With over more than 13 years of consulting and industry experience, Sergio has advised Fortune 500 companies and private equity portfolio companies through complex performance improvement, procurement transformation, and cost optimization initiatives across Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, and Life Sciences. His experience spans enterprise-wide value identification, supplier negotiations, operating model transformation, and implementation planning from diligence through execution.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Sergio spent more than seven years with Accenture leading strategic sourcing and enterprise cost transformation engagements, partnering with executive leadership to unlock sustainable operational and financial improvements.
Sergio has an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
