Peter Guagenti

Peter Guagenti is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and AI leader with 25 years of experience building and scaling some of the world's most recognized brands and products.

Most recently, Peter served as the Chief Executive Officer of EverWorker, an AI workflow and orchestration company enabling businesses to create and employ "AI workers" for operational functions through a powerful agentic AI platform. Previously, Peter was the President and Chief Marketing Officer of Tabnine, a leading AI code assistant, where he played a key role in driving enterprise AI adoption. Before that, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Cockroach Labs, guiding the cloud data company through significant global growth and a multi-billion dollar valuation.

Earlier in his career, Peter held various senior leadership positions spanning strategy, product development, marketing, sales, and operations at prominent data infrastructure and developer tools companies. These included SingleStore, NGINX (acquired by F5 Networks), and Acquia (acquired by Vista Equity Partners). In addition to his software leadership, Peter spent over a decade in executive roles across leading digital agencies and consultancies advising Fortune 500 brands on digital transformation, customer experience, and growth strategy. An innovator in tech his entire adult life, Peter founded and subsequently sold his first business designing and developing web applications just one year out of university in 1997.
