Dean has supported and guided private and public companies in domestic and cross-border cases, with operations across North America and Europe. He has experience across a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, cannabis, manufacturing, mining, real estate, retail, and telecommunications.

Dean holds a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill's Desautels Faculty of Management. Dean is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
