Andrej leads the Americas Digital Infrastructure Practice and is experienced in helping companies solve operational and strategic challenges both as an internal manager and consultant.
His primary focus is on large-scale transformation projects in telecommunication, and clients benefit from his expertise in leveraging new technologies (Palantir Foundry, AI, machine learning, natural language processing) to accelerate transformations and improve operational and organizational metrics.
Andrej also focuses on helping companies meet investment challenges such as 5G deployment, fiber rollout, and fixed mobile convergence. He acted as an industry expert for several telecom areas such as cloud-based communication, subsea fiber, wireless network strategy, and competitive-local-exchange-carrier transformation.
Previously, he was with Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems’ transformation office as well as deeply involved in the setup of the largest European wireless telco joint venture at that time (€8 billion in revenue) and several transformational programs for nationally affiliated telcos. Andrej has a PhD in economics from Pan-European University and a Doctor of Law in business law from the University of Trnava.
