Adam has more than 20 years of experience in the restructuring and operational advisory space and has extensive depth and breadth of business leadership expertise. A versatile practitioner, he has served in myriad roles at troubled businesses across the areas of finance and operations. Adam’s experience has given him the perspective to execute quickly and competently in high-pressure situations while deftly navigating relations with multiple constituencies.  He approaches each situation with an open mind and applies common-sense solutions, while keeping to the highest standards of ethical integrity and professionalism. 

Adam has worked with large public companies as well as private, middle-market clients across a wide variety of industries, including automotive, retail, energy, electronics, transportation, healthcare, consumer products, packaging, and manufacturing. 

He is an avid skier, competitive sailor, and father of three.

  • Advised an Electric Vehicle manufacturer on a transformation of their finance and accounting functions and implemented initiatives to preserve liquidity ahead of a major vehicle launch
  • Advised Mattress Firm through a prepackaged bankruptcy, which yielded a streamlined footprint, positive cash flow, and massive increase in value
