Brian is one of the most experienced management consultants in the UK retail sector, with relationships with executives at leading UK retailers and more than 35 years’ consulting experience. Brian has led critical assignments addressing strategic operational and technical challenges for fashion, food, and specialty retailers across the globe and has advised global consumer goods and hospitality clients on a wide variety of projects. His experience covers strategic reviews, international expansions, digital transformations, business process changes, organizational realignments, and multichannel systems introductions, with a focus on business value. He was previously head of retail at Elixirr and Accenture UK.
Brian has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in economics and econometrics from the University of Nottingham.
