Burak has ~25 years of combined industry and advisory experience in leading large-scale transformation and operational performance improvement programs, serving corporations and investors across the end-to-end M&A transaction lifecycle.
He is one of the leaders at AlixPartners' Private Equity and M&A Service Lines with deep expertise in capturing and creating significant value at all stages of the M&A transaction lifecycle: Pre-Sign Due Diligence, Pre-Close planning, Post-Merger Integrations (PMI), and Divestitures/Carve-outs.
Burak serves clients across a wide range of industries including Technology, Business and Consumer Services, Healthcare Tech, Retail and Industrial Goods and help his clients generate timely and differentiated returns from their investments, and generate cash for future strategic growth.
Previously, he was with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served clients in strategy & operations. Prior to BCG, he was with Samsung Group in S. Korea and Stellantis (Fiat Chrysler) in Europe, focusing on sales & marketing, and engineering product development roles.
Burak has an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering. He is fluent in English and Turkish, conversational in Italian and Spanish, and has beginner-level knowledge of Korean.
