Areas of expertise include strategy development and execution, M&A, operating model design, and commercial excellence. Bernardo has served clients across the full spectrum of Beverage Alcohol subsectors, including beer, wine, spirits, CBD, and RTDs, and along the end-to-end value chain, including wholesale distribution, primary packaging (e.g., glass, cans, capsules, labels), and logistics, transportation and warehousing services. A citizen of the world, Bernardo has extensive experience working across international borders, having served clients in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Prior to starting his journey in consulting, he held several brand marketing and sales operations roles at The Coca-Cola Company. Bernardo has an MBA with honors in strategy, marketing, and economics from the Kellogg School of Management. A beverage enthusiast, Bernardo has visited over 40 wineries and over 15 distilleries in the world’s most celebrated producing regions in North America, Europe, and Latin America.
