Barb has extensive experience in a variety of roles across several industries including retail and consumer products.
She has a strong background in process performance improvement, S&OP, manufacturing, and procurement, and has experience in network and organization design as well as change enablement. Barb’s clients benefit from her broad industry and functional experience to deliver hands-on improvement.
Barb has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from MIT.
Barb earned her Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner from DuPont and is certified in supply chain management by APICS.
