- For a $32-billion Digital Satellite Service provider, drove $25+ million in run-rate savings from Supply Chain network rationalization, and warehouse process, labor and footprint optimization
- For a $5-billion Healthcare Information Technology & Services company, led the Program Office (Change Management & Communications) for a whole company transformation
- For a $2-billion global FinTech, drove $20+ million in run-rate savings by outsourcing the client's Infrastructure & Operations, Enterprise Architecture and Corporate IT
Prior to AlixPartners, Derek was Vice President of Strategy & Operations at a Fortune 10 Pharmaceutical Services company, where he had operating and P&L responsibilities for its Provider Services business unit.
