Dan has almost 15 years of investment, consulting, and data-driven advisory experience. He has advised on corporate strategy, EBITDA improvement, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition due diligence, and other value-creation-related assignments. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was vice president of strategy at Realogy Holdings Corp., where he led strategic growth and data-driven transformation programs for industry-leading residential real estate brands Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran Group, ERA Real Estate, and Sotheby’s International Realty. And he served as senior associate at Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC, where he provided mergers-and-acquisitions advisory services for large corporate, middle-market, and private-equity firms. Dan has an MBA in finance from Wayne State University and a Master of Science in applied analytics from Columbia University.
