Don Schneider

SUMMARY

Don is an experienced chief human resources officer and board director with a strong international background and record of achievement in global roles. He is skilled in compensation, talent assessment and development, performance management, recruiting, culture development and governance. He has held strategic human resource leadership positions with Old Mutual plc, Merrill Lynch & Co., and Morgan Stanley. Don currently serves as AlixPartners' Chief People Officer. He holds an M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick, a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from Hamilton College, and a Certificate in Corporate Governance from the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires.
