She works with Fortune 500 clients across the technology, media, telecom, and other technology-driven sectors to increase the clients’ competitiveness through the adoption of innovative and disruptive operating-model principles at scale. Evelina has hands-on experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams and delivering complex product transitions, organizational realignments, customer-journey redesigns, and commercial excellence programs. Evelina frequently partners with private- equity (PE) investors throughout the investment life cycles of their portfolio companies—from optimizing cash flows by capturing cost efficiencies and improving operations to driving multiple expansions by means of market share growth and improvement in product focus. Evelina’s international experience has been in the United States, the UK, and Australia.
