SUMMARY
Harry is a Director in our Aerospace & Defense Group. He brings 20+ years of M&A and design and operations strategy consulting experience to his clients. His work focuses on military, civil, and commercial A&D as well as general industrial segments. He serves Fortune 1000 companies, their supply bases, global PE funds, and their portfolio companies.
Harry has deep experience conducting market evaluations and competitive assessments as well as designing and implementing large scale, cross-functional operational performance improvement programs. He has led efforts to improve P(win) and bid strategy, R&D and engineering effectiveness, Design to Cost, Product Lifecycle Management system design and development, manufacturing footprint & network efficiency, and SG&A cost reduction.
Harry has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Columbia University.
