Harry is a Partner & Managing Director in our Aerospace, Defense & Airline Industry practice. 

He brings 25+ years of M&A strategy and post close value capture, large scale corporate operations transformation strategy and implementation, and deep experience in enterprise-wide digitization including 3-d digital twins and embedding AI to his clients. He serves Fortune 1000 companies, their supply bases, global PE funds, and their portfolio companies. His work often focuses on the military, civil, and commercial aerospace value chains - including the shared supply bases across the general industrial and medical devise segments. 

Harry has deep experience conducting market evaluations and competitive assessments, as well as designing and implementing large scale, cross-functional operational performance improvement programs with a particular focus on engineering and shop floor improvement and digitization and AI enablement of operations across the enterprise.

He has led multiple M&A target screening efforts, P(win) bid strategy, R&D and engineering effectiveness, design to cost, product lifecycle management (PLM) system design and development, manufacturing footprint & network efficiency, and SG&A cost reduction efforts.

Prior to joining AlixPartners Harry served as a research engineer and technology development program manager and was a member of the Hypersonic Research & Education Center of Excellence.
