SUMMARY
Isaac specializes in compliance, investigations, and regulatory matters, serving clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. His industry experience includes working with domestic and international financial institutions and corporate clients, focusing on regulatory compliance, fraud, anti–money laundering (AML), and sanctions compliance. Isaac has assisted various US and international financial institutions and corporate clients in the development, enhancement, and implementation of their AML, sanctions compliance, and audit programs as they relate to compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, antibribery and anticorruption acts, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) laws. Previously, he was with a Big Four consulting firm and in-house as an internal auditor at two financial institutions.
Isaac has a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Florida International University. He is fluent in Spanish and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
