Ivan has 17+ years of experience in industry and consulting, focusing on improving companies’ operational performance in automotive, aerospace and defense as well as in other industries; on designing and implementing turnaround plans; and on optimizing end-to-end purchasing performance.
He has also supported companies in assessing and strengthening their ESG performance, establishing link with operations.
Prior to consulting, he spent 10 years in metallurgical industry, starting in R&D and industrialization, then moving to operations and production management.
Ivan holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Ecole des Mines de Nancy (France) and from the University of Michigan and is fluent in French and English.
