Jan guides companies in operational change projects by providing strategic and operational consulting for clients in the retail and consumer goods industries. Clients benefit from Jan's more than 10 years of international business experience with a particular focus on strategy development and implementation, pricing and promotion strategies, business model optimization, project management, and change management. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was head of pricing and head of business development at Metro Germany and has expertise in the areas of margin optimization, top-line growth, digitalization, due diligence, and organizational change. He was also with OC&C Strategy Consultants, where he ultimately led projects in the retail industry as a senior manager.
Jan has an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Business from the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel.
